Poor team performance is a symptom of a team’s lack of being able to work well together, their “functional team fitness.” Functional Team Fitness relates to how well a group is able to handle real-life group tasks. In this discussion we will talk over the basic elements of group-work and how to empower teams to enhance their performance. Drawing on both academic research and real-life best practice, this is a presentation for both team members and leaders who would like to understand how to make tangible improvements to how they work together.
