I was
at one stage in my career the principle customer researcher and creative
director for Sony Music Australia and spent over a decade working with some
of the biggest musical acts in Australia and New Zealand (winning 3 ARIA
Awards). I will explain in my talk how I am qualified to talk about the
evolution of customer research and storytelling through my extensive
experience working in the Music Industry and then in multiple roles in
various Digital Agencies including TquilaANZ. I will also reveal some of the key lessons I learnt that taught me the value of understanding insights, conducting awesome research, and how musical creativity/song writing is intrinsically woven into storytelling and ultimately inspirational content creation for the customer. I will continue to explain how these valuable experiences have influenced my process and approach to working in the salesforce ecosystem for the last 5 years to produce multiple Salesforce Solutions using Communities and more recently Commerce Cloud. My aim is to inspire the audience to come away with a range of positive insights gleamed from a decade of managing client research and ultimately creating Rockstar Customer Experiences. |
