Stephen Watts

Steve is a Salesforce Architect who has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for approximately 6 years. Over those 6 years he has worked on a variety of clients in different industries fulfilling all different roles from business analyst to solution architect. Steve was brought onto the NAB project to help lead the design and development of the business process engine along with other members from the development team. This involved working closely with NAB’s product owners to understand the needs of the brokers to then devise suitable patterns that allowed for customisation without impeding scalability.
