Consultant in operations and process improvement, last 7 years specific to the Salesforce Platform. Having worked on both client and partner side, it gives me a well rounded understanding of how to approach consulting to maximise customer value during their Salesforce Implementation. Over the years, I have perfected how to present playback to customers with a view of educating and sharing knowledge of the platform in order to influence future platform champions. This approach has multiple benefits that I will be sharing with the audience. I am curious and push myself to constantly increase my knowledge of the platform. I currently hold 18 Salesforce certifications ranging from Consultant (Core Platform and Marketing), Application and System Architect.
