My first introduction to Salesforce was as an end user was in 2016, though I quickly found myself joining a Salesforce team and was happily drawn into the Salesforce Ohana. Since then I’ve worked as a Business Analyst within Salesforce teams in the Financial Services industry, which has given me the opportunity to work on some incredible projects with highly passionate people.

It’s been a world-wind few years – I’ve completed 5 certifications, and most recently have become a co-leader of the Sydney Salesforce Women in Tech Community Group. I’m exciting to be talking at DUD about the role of Community Groups within the ecosystem and how to get involved!
