Hi i’m Kevin, CX Practice lead at Tquila ANZ, a Salesforce Platinum Partner. I am a seasoned creative communicator and strategist. I love, Life, Music and all things Salesforce, (but not always in that order). I have worked in the Salesforce Ecosystem for over 4 years and my principle focus is Customer Experience. My key strengths are a sharp analytical mind, an ability to think about objectives and challenges from a client’s perspective, as well as a lateral and strategic problem-solving approach. Most importantly I like to listen first and then ask the right questions. My Salesforce experience includes implementation of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Mobile Solutions and more recently Commerce Cloud. At Tquila i am surrounded by Salesforce giants so i am constantly learning from my Team!. I also run the monthly Sydney Creative Customer Experience Meet up sponsored by Atlassian.
